Aamir Khan’s son, Junaid Khan, is all set for his Bollywood debut. He has wrapped up his shoot with Sai Pallavi and has begun his schedule in Mumbai.
Junaid plays the role of a journalist in Aditya Chopra’s film ‘Maharaj,’ which is based on the 1862 Maharaj Libel Case. This film will be released on the OTT platform and will not hit theatres. This film marks the debut of Junaid in Indian cinema.
Junaid started shooting for his second film even before the release of the first one. The actor is starring opposite Sai Pallavi, one of the most popular South Indian actresses. The title of the film is ‘Ek Din.’
Junaid was spotted at the airport while he was returning from Japan after shooting for the film. He seemed happy and excited, and he also posed for the media. The debutant actor was seen in casuals. As the video surfaced on the internet, social media users dropped positive comments for the actor and called him ‘humble.’
In-depth details about the film have not been shared by the makers yet, but the film will be released under the banners of Aamir Khan Productions. Junaid has finally wrapped up his schedule after shooting for 50 days in Sapporo, Japan.
Netflix shared a video for the audience that gave a glimpse of three upcoming movies on the OTT platform, namely, Vijay 69, Mandala Murders and Maharaj. The clip provided a glimpse of the characters playing in the movies. It showed the look of the other two movies, but Maharaj’s look is still a mystery.
Sai Pallavi was spotted at the airport, which gave a hint for the beginning of the shoot for Nitish Kumar’s film ‘Ramayan,’ where she portrays ‘Sita’ opposite Ranbir, who plays ‘Ram’ in the film. It turned out to be a rumour, as she was there for the film with Aamir Khan’s son, Junaid Khan.
