Athiya Shetty, KL Rahul To Become Parents Soon, Suniel Shetty Sparks Rumours

Actor Suniel Shetty recently stated on the dance reality show ‘Dance Deewane’ that he might become a ‘nana’ soon. Suniel Shetty is a judge on the dance reality show, where he sparked rumours of his daughter’s pregnancy with husband KL Rahul.

In the latest episode named ‘Grand Masti With GrandParents’ in the dance reality show, Bharti, the host of the show, humorously told Suniel Shetty how to behave like a ‘nana’ when he becomes one, as no kid can handle such a cool grandparent. While reacting to this, Suniel Shetty said, “Yes, next season when I come, I will be walking on the stage like a Nana.” 

This statement grabbed everyone’s attention and sparked rumours of Athiya Shetty’s pregnancy. Athiya Shetty and KL Rahul tied the knot in January 2023. The couple usually kept a low profile of their relationship. The couple married in an intimate ceremony, attended by close family and friends. The wedding took place at the Khandala Mansion, owned by Suniel Shetty. 

Suneil Shetty and his son-in-law, KL Rahul, share a strong bond; they often work out together, and Suniel learns from him. The actor previously stated that he considers Rahul his son, not his son-in-law. Neither Athiya nor KL Rahul have officially confirmed the pregnancy rumours yet.

Suniel Shetty is all set to return to the iconic ‘Hera Pheri’ franchise along with Akshay Kumar and Paresh Rawal. There are rumours that Kartik Aaryan might replace Akshay Kumar in the film. The fans are eagerly waiting to watch the sequel to this iconic movie, and it is expected to be a box office hit.

Actress Athiya Shetty made her Bollywood debut in 2015 with the movie ‘Hero’ with co-star Sooraj Pancholi. She also starred in ‘Mubarakan’ and was last seen in ‘Motichoor Chaknachoor’ with Nawazuddin Siddiqui.
