The long wait will end today as Ayodhya’s Ram Mandir Pran Pratishtha ceremony is scheduled for today, i.e.Monday, January 22, 2024. With Prime Minister Narendra Modi leading the ceremony and saints and seers gilding it, the long-awaited ceremony is attended by more than 7000 individuals including celebrities, politicians, industrialists, and sports personalities. And with the Pran Pratistha ceremony scheduled today, the temple will open its gates to the public tomorrow.
PM Modi Landed at the Maharshi Valmiki International Airport
Initiating with PM Modi, he marked his arrival in Ayodhya for the consecration (Pran-Pratistha) ceremony at the newly-constructed Ram Temple. Soon after landing at the Maharshi Valmiki International Airport, he is scheduled to move to the helipad.
Industrialists’ Presence in Ceremony
Besides PM Modi, a list of prominent attendees like Sunil Bharti Mittal and Anil Ambani have arrived in Ayodhya to catch a glimpse of Lord Ram’s idol.

Along with the list of celebrations across the world and in India, a grand “Ganga Maha Aarti” is organised at PM’s constituency, Dashashwamedh Ghat in Varanasi.

According to weather reports, Ayodhya is facing misty weather and is likely to experience ‘cold day’ conditions with the maximum temperature expected between “15 Degrees Celsius to 17 Degrees Celsius.”

On the contrary, The Indo-Islamic Cultural Foundation has announced that the Mosque’s construction is likely to begin by May 2024, a senior official reported to a media source.

Yogi Adityanath’s Message Ahead of the Ceremony
And with welcoming, Yogi Adityanath welcomed religious priests and saints saying “Hearty welcome and greetings to the revered saints and religious leaders coming from all over the country and the world for the Pran Pratishtha ceremony of the new idol of Shri Ram Lalla in the Prabhu Shri Ram Janmabhoomi temple located in Shri Ayodhya Dham.”
