Karan Johar To Collaborate With Devara, Acquires Distributional Rights For The Film

Karan Johar announced his partnership with Jr NTR’s upcoming film, ‘Devara.’ He stated that Dharma Productions will have North theatrical distribution rights to the film. 

Karan Johar made a post on Instagram and wrote, “A mass hurricane of grandeur entertainment is closer than ever before. Honoured and extremely grateful to be a part of – Man of Masses Jr NTR’s Devara. We proudly and excitedly announce our partnership for the north theatrical distribution rights of the next big cinematic experience in Indian cinema.” The filmmaker shared the poster for the film in the first picture and another one was a group picture including him and the makers of ‘Devara.’

‘Devara’ stars Jr NTR, Janhvi Kapoor, and Saif Ali Khan in pivotal roles. The film will hit the theatres on October 10, 2024. This film will mark Janhvi Kapoor’s Telugu debut. ‘Devara’ will have amazing action sequences that might blow the minds of audiences. Koratala Siva directs the movie. 

Janhvi Kapoor reshared Karan Johar’s post on her Instagram story and wrote, “Brace yourself for a mass hurricane (sea waves emoji) the start of my most special journey is now in partnership with my @dharmamovies family. Man of Masses Jr NTR’s Devara in cinemas 10th October 2024.”

Dharma Productions also produced ‘Baahubali: The Beginning’ directed by SS Rajamouli, ‘2.0’ starring Rajinikanth and Akshay Kumar, and ‘The Ghazi Attack.’

Actress Janhvi Kapoor has an interesting lineup of movies ahead, including ‘Ulajh,’ ‘RC 16’ with Ramcharan, ‘Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari,’ which is backed by Karan Johar and stars Varun Dhawan, and more. She was last seen in ‘Bawaal’ opposite Varun Dhawan. Karan Johar has several movies under production, including ‘Kill,’ ‘Bad Newz,’ ‘Jigra,’ and more. Karan also has an untitled project with actor Kartik Aaryan.
