Nita Ambani, the founder and chairperson of Reliance, has been awarded the Miss World Foundation’s Humanitarian Award for her commitment to social work and philanthropy. The award was presented to her by Julia Morley, chairman and CEO of Miss World Organization, at the 71st edition of the Miss World 2024 pageant, which was held at the Jio World Convention centre in Mumbai. Nita Ambani, on winning the award, stated that she abides by the principles of “Satyam Shivam Sundaram,”  representing truth, goodness and beauty. She further stated,

It is an honour to receive the award, which is a testament to the power of compassion and service that binds us.
