‘Panchayat Season 3’, the highly anticipated series, is here. The makers of the show have dropped an official trailer for the series. The series will premiere on May 28, 2024, on Amazon Prime Video.

‘Panchayat Season 3’ stars Jitendra Kumar, Neena Gupta, Raghubir Yadav, Faisal Malik and Chandan Roy in lead roles. TVF (The Viral Fever) created it. Chandan Kumar wrote, and Deepak Kumar Mishra directed ‘Panchayat’.

The trailer offers a glimpse into the show and the village of Phulera, located in Uttar Pradesh. Abhishek Tripathi, played by Jitendra Kumar, tries to stay away from village politics. He also falls in love with a girl named Rinki. Abhishek struggles to adjust to his job and says, ‘Achha bhala resign kar chuka tha, vapas aa gaya iss gaon mein’ (I had willingly resigned, yet somehow ended up back in this village).

The series will continue from where it left off, and the trailer has given a glimpse of the story that revolves around the intense rivalry between the villagers and Bhushan (Durgesh Kumar). Pradhan Manju Devi, portrayed by Neena Gupta, stands opposite Bhushan Kumar. It promises a blend of love, rivalry, fun and witty humour.

As the Panchayat elections approach, both Pradhan and Bhushan gangs engage in a fierce battle to uplift their public image. Navigating the murky waters of Phulera politics, Abhishek does his best to maintain his objectivity.

‘Panchayat’ depicts rural life. The story follows an engineering graduate who struggles to find employment and attempts to steer clear of village politics. The series premiered on Amazon Prime Video in April 2020. It gained immense love and appreciation from the fans. It won the title of Best Web Series OTT at the 54th International Film Festival of India.

Jitendra Kumar will appear in ‘Humorously Yours Season 3’. Neena Gupta has a lot of films in her kitty, including ‘Metro In Dino’, ‘Kagaz 2’ and ‘Pachhattar Ka Chora’.
