In 2010, Parul Gulati made her acting debut with the television show Kitni Mohabbat Hai, wherein she played Gauri Ahluwalia. In the same year, she appeared in Yeh Pyaar Na Hoga Kam in which she played Bittan. Subsequently, in 2017 and 2018, she worked for two TV shows P.O.W. -Bandi Yuddh Ke and Haq Se. In the next year, she gained the limelight after appearing in the Sony LIV series Girls Hostel. Subsequently, she has appeared in several TV shows including Selection Day (2018), Hey Prabhu (2019), Second Hand (2020), and The Raikar Case (2020).
