Pranutan Bahl is an Indian actress and a lawyer who predominantly works in the Bollywood industry. She is known for playing the lead role of Firdaus Quadri in the Hindi film Notebook (2019).
From law to acting, Pranutan’s journey has always been with twists and turns. The prominent actress, Pranutan Bahl was born on 10 March 1993 (age 32 years; as of 2025) in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Soon after completing her higher secondary education, Pranutan went on to pursue her graduation in Legal Science & Law at Government Law College, Mumbai. After completing her graduation, Pranutan pursued a Master of Law at the University of Mumbai.
After pursuing her formal education, Pranutan started her practice as a professional lawyer. But, by then she realized that she wasn’t happy, and her fascination was more towards acting. Next, in 2019, she made her feature film debut with the critically acclaimed film Notebook, in which she played the lead role of Firdaus Quadri. The film was produced by Salman Khan. Later, in 2021, she starred in the film Helmet, playing the lead role of Rupali, a performance that earned her several accolades.
Apart from films, Pranutan has also appeared in popular music videos such as Phir Hasenge (2020), Rona Nahi (2021), and Mehendi Lagi Hai (2023).
