She switched companies and worked at AQR Capital as a portfolio manager from 2006 to 2009.
Radhika founded, along with her two business partners, a capital investment company named Forefront Capital Management in Mumbai, Maharashtra. She worked there for four years. In 2014, the company merged with Edelweiss Group, and Radhika was offered the position of business head at Edelweiss and served the position from 2014 to 2017.
In 2017, she was promoted to the positions of Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the company. She received several awards and recognitions, appeared in the TEDx show, and was the youngest CEO at the age of 33.
