Rajkummar Rao’s Latest Appearance Got Him Trolled, Here’s Why

Actor Rajkummar Rao recently made a public appearance at Diljit Dosanjh’s concert with his wife Patralekha, and when the pictures surfaced online, netizens rushed to the comment section and dropped their opinions as the actor looked different. 

There are speculations that Rajkummar Rao has undergone plastic surgery or beauty procedures that may include chin upliftment. The actor was compared to the villain of the movie ’Fighter,’ Rishabh Sawhney, as they found a resemblance with him.

The netizens trolled him for his looks, weren’t happy about his features, and also made memes about him. Some users stated that the surgery had ruined the actor’s face. 

In an interview with Siddharth Kannan, Siddharth Kannan asked Rajkummar Rao about his plastic surgery, addressing the ongoing rumors. The actor stated that there is no truth to these rumors. He feels good because he is getting so much attention. He ignores such trolls with a smile.

Earlier, the actor revealed in an interview with Bollywood Bubble that people told him to fix his eyebrows and look. They said he wasn’t attractive enough compared to other actors in the industry. The actor said that such a suggestion didn’t affect him as he believed in his acting skills and talent; everything else didn’t matter to him.

Rajkummar Rao is gearing up for his upcoming release, ‘Mr and Mrs Maahi,’ which will hit the theatres on May 31. The makers had scheduled the movie for an April release but later postponed it. The film stars Janhvi Kapoor, Rajesh Sharma, Abhishek Banerjee, Kumud Mishra, Zarina Wahab, and Yamini Das in pivotal roles. This film is the second collaboration between Janhvi and Rajkummar after ‘Roohi.’ Rajkummar Rao is all set for a sequel to the blockbuster ‘Stree,’ which stars Pankaj Tripathi, Shraddha Kapoor, and Abhishek Banerjee in pivotal roles. The makers expect to release the film on August 30, 2024.
