Balkaur Singh, the father of the late Punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala, accused the Punjab government, led by Bhagwant Mann, of harassing the birth of their second son. Balkaur Singh took to X and shared a post on Tuesday; he alleged that the Punjab government is questioning the family about the legality of the child. Opposition leaders criticised the allegation made by Sidhu’s father. Punjab Congress chief Amarinder Singh Raja Warring urged the state government to stop harassing the family and wrote, “Request you to stop harassing the Sidhu family & let them be happy for once!” Balkaur Singh’s wife, Charan Kaur, recently delivered a baby boy after 22 months of Sidhu Moodewala’s demise.
