Sudhir Chaudhary Career

Sudhir Chaudhary has been working in the news field since the 90s. He started his career in media with Zee News. After that, he also worked in Mi Marathi and Live India. After that, he rejoined Zee News. It is said that Sudhir was also part of the squad of media persons who covered the Indo-Pak meeting of the then Prime Ministers Vajpayeeji and Musharraf in Islamabad after the attack on the Indian Parliament in 2001.

Sudhir left Zee News again in 2003 and contributed significantly to the launch of Sahara Samay, a Hindi-language news channel of the Sahara Group. After this, he also worked in India TV owned by Indian journalist Rajat Sharma. In the year 2012, he again joined Zee News and he started hosting a very famous show called DNA.

Sudhir resigned from Zee News in July 2022 and joined Aaj Tak. There he is hosting the prime-time show, Black & White.

In November 2012, businessman Naveen Jindal accused Sudhir Chowdhary and Sameer Ahluwalia of extortion. He alleged that both the journalists tried to extort Rs 100 crore from him for not running news related to Jindal Group and Coal Sakam.

Trinamool MP Mahua Moitra filed a criminal defamation case against Sudhir Chaudhary. Apart from this, he has also been accused of being Islamophobic. In 2015, he was given x-category security after receiving death threats.
