On Tuesday, 16 January 2024, Prime Minister Narendra Modi reached Kochi for a two-day visit. Meanwhile, it was only two weeks after he visited the state.
Meanwhile, according to the schedule, Narendra Modi will be attending a road show from Maharaja’s College Ground to the Guest House; the roadshow will cover 1.3 km and is scheduled at 5 pm.
Following, Narendra Modi will also visit two major temples in Thrissur district which includes Guruvayur Shree Krishna Temple and Triparyar Sre Rama Swami Temple, state BJP President K Surendran said. In addition to it, a regional holiday has been declared for educational institutions, including the professional college of Thrissur owing to the PM visit.
Meanwhile, on Wednesday Morning, he has planned to travel Guruvayur, where he will offer prayers at the Famous Lord Krishna Temple and attend the wedding of actor-turned-politician Suresh Gopi’s marriage. In addition, he will offer prayers at Triprayaar Sree Rama Swami temple in Thrissur on Wednesday.
After the wedding and visit, Narendra Modi will return to Kochi and is scheduled to attend an important meeting with around 6000 in charge of Shakti Kendras.
Meanwhile, Surendra, in a media interaction, said that the attendees of the meeting and Kochi people were excited about Modi’s visit. Earlier, in the same month, PM Modi led the inauguration of various projects worth INR 1,150 crores in the Union Territory of Lakshwadeep.
