With its premiere on January 7, 2022, the second season of Campus Diaries is likely in its final production process. However, the anticipation will see future delays owing to no announcements regarding the series.
Since the renewal of Campus Diaries for its second season, excitement has been building, with viewers eagerly counting the days. According to reports from several media outlets, ‘Campus Diaries Season 2’, created by Abhishek Yadav and Prem Mistry, is slated for release this year. While there hasn’t been an official confirmation, the series is rumoured to premiere in the summer of 2024. Nevertheless, the makers have yet to confirm the official date.

Although the second season of Campus Diaries was renewed soon after its first season premiered on the OTT platform, there have been no updates regarding its release dates.
In an interview with a media house, Rrajesh, who portrayed Sandy in the series, talked about the upcoming season and said, “My character would be taking it forward from where it last left. Because now I have won elections, and because of the way I won them, I have made a lot of enemies. Because all my opponents now know who I am. Before that, they used to think I was their friend. Season 2 will have a lot of politics. In the previous season, people were conspiring against each other behind their backs, but in this season, it will be done openly and blatantly. The true faces of the characters are revealed. Especially in this season, my character is going to be more intense because everything is going to happen directly, whether it’s fighting, love, or friendship.”
The initial season centred around university students dealing with several issues, like ragging, one-sided love stories, discrimination based on social prejudice, and widespread drug abuse. From Saloni’s loneliness to Harsh’s helplessness, the second season of Campus Diaries is expected to continue learning more about the lives of college students.
