Writers Guild of America End Their Strike With the Alliance of Motion Picture and Television Producers

A strike by more than 11,000 Hollywood writers in America came fully to an end after a tentative deal was reached with the remaining holdouts, who were known for resisting the previous proposed terms.

Meanwhile, the strike had a vigorous impact on Hollywood and the related entertainment industry, with several productions either put on hold or delayed for several months.
